1)common coated paper label sticker

the labels are customized by our clients,it sticks on the carton surface and tell some details.

It used in food,consumer goods.

2)ultra destrucible vinyl paper sticker

the materials are for offset printing,silkscreen printing,rotary printing.

the facestock thickness:0.1mm±0.01

the release liner:80g glassine ,170g white coated 

Tamper evident destructible labels are a kind of unique tamper proof security labels for excellent.High bond adhesion and conformability to smooth or curved irregular surface. it will be into tiny pieces once tampered as below.

1)upper:ultra destructible

GradeA:very brittle of the facestock,but it is hard to cut the spare papers

GradeB:moderate brittle of the facestock,but it is tend to gradeA,the spare papers cannot be cutted by hand,cannot by machine

GradeC:moderate brittle of the facestock,but it is tend to GradeD,the spare papers can be cutted by machine

GradeD:the facstock is not very easy brittle,the spare papers can be cutted by machine

But it's not absolutly situation,because the temperature also affect the grades for the same models,please just contract with us,we will introduce you the suitable models.

2)Middle:the permanent adhesive

we use import water based glue,the sticker will have a good effect after you stick on something surface for 24-48 hours enough.

then the glue will permeate into the surface and they will be very sticky,that's because we have moisturizing processing,it can make the users to print and stick the label simply.

3)Release liners:

we offer the deatructible label papers with 170grams of white coated paper release liners and 80grams of glassine release liners

we can also provide sheets of ultra destructible vinyl papers

3)PET labels

    **PET vinyl labels are a kind of ployester film labels and they could bear high temperature and weather proof,especilaly chemical proof. so that they are widely used as the outdoor use labels which must be n good quality.

    **the PET  materials are including matte silver,gloss silver,matte white ,gloos white and transparent and the ect.

    **the thickness are including 0.025mm,0.05mm,0.075mm,0.2mm and the ect.we used 0.025mm and 0.05mm mostly and you could also choose according to your requests.

As known,different materials,different labels have different usage
