Ultra destructible vinyl materialsare used for destructible vinyl labels,this is a kind of
tamper evident labels,it's different from common paper and vinyl label,it sticks well on the
most ridiculous surfaces and breaks easily into tiny pieces when tampered
orremoved,widely used as tamper evident labels,commmon used include asset
tracking or warranty marking such as ultra destructible vinyl asset labels,warranty
stickers,tamper evident seal stickers etc.
Ultra destructible vinyl sticker papers include 3 parts:
1)upper:ultra destructibe vinyl
the facestocks are of different brittle grades for you to choose

| A | 11A,11A0,DO,D4 | for small labels and for the sharp corners labels,these models cannot be die cutting,because the facestock is too frangile |
| B | 11CA2,D3 | can be die cutting by hands(not by machine) |
| C | 11CA4,D2 | can be die cutting by machine |
| D | 12A3 | for cold temperature |
GradeA:very brittle of the facestock,but it is hard to cut the spare papers
GradeB:moderate brittle of the facestock,but it is tend to gradeA,the spare papers cannot be cutted by hand,cannot by machine
GradeC:moderate brittle of the facestock,but it is tend to GradeD,the spare papers can be cutted by machine
GradeD:the facstock is not very easy brittle,the spare papers can be cutted by machine
But it's not absolutly situation,because the temperature also affect the grades for the same models,please just contract with us,we will introduce you the suitable models.
2)Middle:the permanent adhesive
we use import water based glue,the sticker will have a good effect after you stick on something surface for 24-48 hours enough.
then the glue will permeate into the surface and they will be very sticky,that's because we have moisturizing processing,it can make the users to print and stick the label simply.
3)Release liners:
we offer the deatructible label papers with 170grams of white coated paper release liners and 80grams of glassine release liners
we can also provide sheets of ultra destructible vinyl papers
1)Matte/gloss ultra destructible vinyl materials in rolls
*master roll size 1070mm(width)x400m(length)
*custom small roll size,width from 50mm to 1070mm,length could be 200m or 400m
2)Matte/gloss ultra destructible vinyl materials in sheets
*sheet size width could be from 100mm to 1070mm,length could be customized
our ultra destructible vinyl materials are for offset printing,silkscreen printing,rotary printing,but not for inkjet and laser printer.
