Manybe you will find the finish of egg shell tag is gloosy from the picture,yes,you're right,when we printed them, the eggshell sticker was laminationed in order to be waterproof,because our client told me that he want the sticker can be anti-peel ,water proof and keeps them a long time outdoor.thus I suggest him using the printing process.

1.anti-peel-------we choose our sticker material 11A,its facestock is high brittle,once stick,it's hard to remove by hands

2.waterproof----print the lamination,meanwhile the sticker looks very gloosy

3.anti-sun------we use UV ink printing,the color keeps a long time and fades solwly

1)facestock:ultra destructible vinyl

there are different fragile grades to choose for you,high brittle grade,middle brittle  and not easy brittle.

2) adhesive:water based glue,the longer the sticky,its best effect after 24-48 hours

3)release liner:80g glassine and 170g white coated paper
