UDV Destructible Material have good die cut and printing effect,are widly used for security stickers and tamper evident labels,it can be apply to any surface,such as carton,metal,glass or wooden.Self Adhesive Destructible Vinyl Film all have excellent strong ahdesive cannot remove and peeling off.

• Grade A:very brittle of the facestock,But it is hard to cut the spare papers

• Grade B:moderate brittle of the facestock,but it is tend to Grade A.The spare papers cannot be cutted by hand,cannot by machine

• Grade C:moderate brittle of the facestock,but it is tend to Grade D.The spare papers can be cutted by machine

• Tips:

How to chose suitable UDV Destructible Material?

The first:Would you want to die cut the blank space between labels?
If you need to cut it off (for example your labels are round corner),plese choose the moderate fragile grades.
If you do not need to die cut the blank space between labels,just use the most fragile grades are ok.
The second:Temperature effect the fragile grades.
The same model in different temperature will be change a little on fragile grades.
The colder temperature will lead to more fragile.
For example,if the fragile grade is moderate in summer (you could die cut the waste space between the labels),
but in winter,they will maybe into very fragile(cannot be die cut!).
The third:which release liner will you choose
Glassine release liners:can be printed for barcode labels,and the weight is light than coated release liners.
White Coated release liners:cannot be printed for barcode labels.
Our materials cannot be printed in inkjet,laser,and can be printed in offset,rotary press and silkscreen.
