What are Label Sticker Paper A4?

The paper is a kind of fragible printed material for the fabric,the bottom of the vinyl is coated a special strong adhesive glue.UDV use the feature of destructive cove and the permanent adhesive to ensure the unremoved of vinyl.Any attempt to try on the vinyl,it will peel or break into tiny pieces like eggshell.The broken vinyl just prove the vinyl have already been opened or moved by someone.So,it widely use in anti-conterfeit,anti theft,anti fake in business.

Our factory has free customized service for any size,any pattern,any color to meet your requirments.We can die cut the paper as your design.The size of the roll also can be designed,our paper size is range:width:3cm to 107cm,length:200m or 400m.The hot sale size is A4,A5 and etc.The cover of the paper is matte white,and smooth for good printing and writing.The paper can be use for warranty,security void,tamper proof sticker and labels.

The Label Sticker Paper A4 has brittle destructive cover,so when you stick the paper on the surface you want applied,it is not possible to peel off it whole,it must break into pieces like eggshell.

Notice of Using Label Sticker Paper A4:

1)Before use the tamper proof paper,clean up the surface of theapplied

2)Stick the paper for 24-48 hours to make sure the paper full stick

3)Before use confirm where you use for it

The release liner of the Label Sticker Paper A4 has two kinds,one is 168g white coated paper the other is 80g glassine.The only difference is the glassine thinner than white one.

In case of destroying the Ultra Destructible Vinyl Label Materials,we usually packing them with the waterproof plastic and then sealing in the carton.

How to choose the Ultra Destructible Vinyl Label Materials

       1)According to the facestock material:

Common Cover:matte white destructible paper,glossy ultra destructible label paper

Special Cover:hologram destructive vinyl,glossy white rainbow shine ultra destructible label paper,glossy white fish scales ultra destructible label paper,foam UDV,transparent destructive vinyl,water damaged destruct vinyl,colorful destruct vinyl.

       2)According to packing:

In rolls:during 107cmx400m to 3cmx200m

In sheets:A4,A3 and etc.

      3)According to release liner:

White Coated:167g 

Glassine:80g

      4)According to the easy grade for remove the gap scrapes: 

Machine operation:It is very easy to remove the leftoff,so the fragile grade of destructible label paper is rather lower.

Hands operation:It is rather difficult to remove the leftoff,so the destructibel paper is middle fragile grade.

Can't operation:It is not possible to remove the leftoff,the paper is very fragile.
