the security nreakable label paper is made of ultra destructible vinyl,also called eggshell sticker,the smooth facestock thickness is ± 0.14mm ,it's thicker than common ultra destructible thickness 0.1mm,and could be removed the gap scraps and applied to all sizes labels well enough.

the easy breakable label paper facestock is very easy destrictible,high bond adhesion and conformability to smooth or curved irregular surfaces.when the destuctible labels are tamper against removal and are easily damaged,causing cracking and cause multiple chipping effect in tiny bits and bits leaving behind the evidence of tamping.

According to different requests we have some different brittle fragile grades destructible label materials.

Grade A : very brittle of the facestock, But it is hard to cut the spare papers

Grade B : moderate brittle of the facestock, but it is tend to Grade A . The spare papers cannot be cutted by hand, cannot by machine

Grade C : moderate brittle of the facestock, but it is tend to Grade D. The spare papers can be cutted by machine

Grade D: the facestock is not very easy brittle. The spare papers can be cutted by machine

*custom small roll size,width form 50mm to 1070mm,length could be 200m/400m per roll

*release liners are including glassine liners(80g)

*Sheet size width could be from 100mm to 1070mm,length could be cusomized

*Sheets from are for offset printing,rotary printing,silkscreen printing.
