11CA4 Ultra destructible label paper is one of many products in our company. It has a nice frangile grade,Suitable for all kinds of label size and temperature effect. And it could be die-cut by  machine.

The glue is Strong but eco-friendly.This type paper can be common printing with good printing effect.such as offset printing,silkscreen printing and rotary  printing, etc.

Facestock thickness of 0.09MM with very smooth surface and good printing effect.

3.Water Damaged Ultra Destructible Label Paper

This type Label papers combined 2 security characteristics which are including water damaged and tamper evident. The existing product is red .but the products with different colors can be customized according to the clients' requirements . In general ,the kind of products is usually dark. The background Color of labels will faded and lightened and into white finally.

The printing way

this type paper cannot  be used by an inkjet printer,They can be common printing .such as offset printing,silkscreen printing and rotary  printing, etc.

1.Slow down the machine to automatic die cutting.

2.the label shape effects automatic die cut.

But if your temperature getting down than normal you should embossed the edge of the label rolls.
